The Vidyalaya was established in 1982,initially from class 1 to 8 with 2 sections in each class.
classes 9 to 12 were introduced respectively during the years 1982,1983,1984 and 1985 with two sections in each class. The commerce stream was introduced in class XI in the year 2007.
